Metropolitan

Ingredients:
- 1,5 oz cognac
- 1 oz red vermouth
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 dash bitters

Instructions:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass half-filled with ice. Stir. Strain into a cocktail glass.
